The 18th SXSW Interactive takes over much of downtown Friday, March 11 – Tuesday, March 15 and boasts the expected strong roster of both “official” and “unofficial” sessions, networking and special events. For marketers, this year, the range of options is more fine-tuned yet diverse than ever. This year’s opening night music party at Austin City Limit’s Moody Theater will draw a large Friday crowd again and is worth attendance if you are on the VIP versus general attendance. If not, don’t worry. Much more intimate dinners and entertainment events will take place that night and the following nights, including surprise A-List performances at The CMO Clubhouse and GSD&M’s Annual music party to name a few.
